We serve ceremonial-grade matcha sourced directly from Japan, handcrafted fresh on-site and customizable with fruity flavors, creamy options, and cute add-ons like pink heart ice and signature pink bows. Our team provides a beautiful, compact bar setup that fits any theme — from luxe & elegant to fun & modern. No matter the occasion, your guests will love sipping from a drink that tastes amazing and looks even better. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing BrewTeaful Matcha for your special event! To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we’ve outlined the following booking policy: 📅 Booking & Availability We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. Dates are not guaranteed until a deposit is received and confirmed. 💵 Payment Terms A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your event. We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, or invoice. 📍 Travel & Setup Our base package includes travel within Chicagoland Area. Events outside this range may incur a travel fee. We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your event for setup and will coordinate with you in advance. 👩🍳 Service Time Standard service time is 2–4 hours depending on the package. If you need additional time, this can be added for an hourly fee if staffing and scheduling permit. ⚠️ Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date if rescheduled at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations within 5 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Events canceled due to weather (for outdoor venues) may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability. 🎀 Branding & Customization We’re happy to personalize elements like cup labels, signage, or drink names! Any branded items or design add-ons must be finalized at least 10 days before your event. 📸 Content Rights We may take photos or videos during your event for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. 💖 Our Promise We’re committed to making your event BrewTeaful!
